Part 2: Love Poem , My love torments my Heart

Sumerian love poem of 3000 BCE Lady's response.

My   love torments my Heart with his voice
  He causes anxiety in me
He is neighbor next to my Mother's house
     I cannot be with him
My mother is right telling him
         stop trying to see Her
It pains my heart to think of Him
I feel possessed by love of him
               Really,He is a foolish one
                 but I am like Him
He knows not my desire to hold Him
Then He would tell my mother
Then I would be promised to you
By the precious bond of women
              Father and Mother will rejoice
            My people will praise you
           They will praise you
          My Love
This is the 2nd stanza of the Love Poem of    circa 3000 BCE
